IcePoll

This is stand alone program that will work with your POSitouch system to poll POSitouch data and accounting files back to your corporate office. The program can work in dial up or DSL. IcePoll encrypts the data using strong 256-bit encryption. The program offers configurable attempts to send the data if it fails on the first try. The program is flexible enough that you can elect to hold the data file at the store, for those with their own means of collecting the data and sending it to iControl-Enterprise.

IcePoll can synchronize the Backoffice with the Posdriver and run all commands on the Backoffice. Icepoll will log the timestamp and size of the POSitouch executables to make sure you are running the most current version of the POSitouch executables. Icepoll can send accounting files based on a flexible schedule, every day or on particular days only as needed. Custom files can be included in the accounting file transmission. The program can now run command line options and only run parts of Icepoll as needed.

Icepoll can process updates to the POSitouch system for menu items, screens and fields and flags. Icepoll can download and not apply the updates until a specified time has been reached. A command line option can allow Icepoll to just check for updates on a daily basis and apply them as needed.

POSIntegration

This application allows you to integrate your POSitouch sales and payables data and import to your accounting package. The interface validates the data to make sure vendors exist, there is not a duplication of data, account numbers match etc. It is very easy to use and is seamless between your POSitouch system and your corporate accounting package. We presently are integrated to the following:

    Great Plains payables and sales
    Cyma payables, sales and account receivables
    Solomon payables and sales
    Quick Books payables and sales
    Peachtree payables and sales
If your accounting package is not listed please contact us and we will quote you on integrating to your accounting package from the POSitouch system. If you are using the iControl Web services the transport of the accounting data is provided at no extra charge. If you do not wish to use the iControl Web services then you can use our ICE Transport to move this data.
